Welcome to my Penthouse. This will be a fascination of what my top 3 floors will be like if I was able to construct my Tower. I would assume that the building’s construction will be about $32,000,000 which will explain why I will need at least $35,000,000. Needless to say, the creature comforts of the penthouse will have some say in that price tag. This domain will go into all aspects of the penthouse including how utilities will be used. Other parts of the domain^? will go into detail of the features not afforded to the other tenants of my Tower. With each feature, there will be more reason of why the Tower will have a high price tag.

The penthouse will be 3 floors. This may seem strange, but there were two options. Option one, have no outdoor space, and option two will be have a good amount of outdoor space. Even with no outdoor space, I might not be able to fit everything into one floor. The penthouse will be a 5B/5b/4l apartment which will host for a number of people, and there will also be a guest wing. In the lower floors, there will be two 3B/2b/1l apartments for the personal servants to have the option to live. The advantage of living here will be that you go up 1 flight to get to the main floor of your workplace.
