On the 42nd floor, there will be an indoor pool. Swimming is good exercise, and it will cause little strain on my ankles. With it being indoors, I will be able to swim all year round. If I was to get a significant other, then she can use the pool as well. If I was to get foster children, and they know how to swim, they can use the pool. Since it is indoors, the harsh winters will not mean anything. There will even be a hallway from the penthouse to the pool so you would not be affected by the harsh winter while going to and from the pool.
Also, the indoor pool will mean it is a fully qualified structure with solar panels to help provide for electricity in the apartment. The solar panels will be essential in reducing the amount of electricity the penthouse will produce. While the Realty Company will be paying the electric, I will be the one writing the thousands of dollar check to pay for the electricity. I can’t expect the panels to support the entire building, but at least the top 3 floors will be covered.
